Stephanie Veve

Biography

With HR experience in the non-profit, financial and hospitality industries, Stephanie currently supports the Bioscience Research division of BASF as a Human Resources Business Partner. Stephanie joined BASF in 2015 through the Human Resources Rotational Program where she gained expertise in the HR Shared Services, Employee Development, and Generalist space. As an HR Business Partner, Stephanie works closely with leaders within the Research, Development & Technical community to address the talent needs of the organization in regards to learning & development, mentoring, Expert development, and change management to name a few areas. Prior to joining BASF, Stephanie earned her B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, as well as her M.S. in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
